Housing ReportsThere are numerous ways to look at housing: home sales (as a total number of homes), average sales prices, the number of homes on the market, and other measures.Each number foretells a different aspect of the health of the housing markets. You can follow home sales through the National Association of Realtors. And, home prices are tracked by the Case-Shiller Home Price Indices.
